I booked a room with a good bed, climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. The hotel has magnificent location close to Antea, which is a huge mall and shopping area, Queretaro, and Antea Lifestyle Center. Jurica district was worth exploring.

Everything was nice, and it had good wi-fi. Beds and pillows in my a double room where comfy. All the stuff was helpful, solved my issues. The breakfast was complimentary, they make a great selection of meals. Favourable location of the hotel to the most trendy stores. I found Chili's offering shots and different drinks 1 mi of the venue.

During my stay at a hotel in Queretaro, I arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received from the receptionist. Even though my room wasn't ready yet, she allowed me to enjoy the complimentary breakfast while waiting. The food was delicious and a great way to start my day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and I appreciate their excellent service. The location was also convenient, close to a popular mall and other amenities. I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in a nice side of town, away from the busy downtown area. It is close to a huge mall and shopping area called Antea, which is just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and adequate screens. The wifi works well throughout the hotel, including in the rooms. The maid service is excellent, ensuring a clean and tidy room.

The breakfast options are limited and the quality could be improved. Some guests have mentioned that the food disappears quickly, especially if you arrive later in the morning.
